The Yilan International Children's Play Art Festival began in 1996. It focuses on exhibitions, performances, games, and exchanges. It is the first "children" themed event in Asia to be certified by the International Council of Organizations of Folklore Festivals and Folk Arts (CIOFF®).

The Yehliu Geopark is internationally-renowned for its unique geological landscapes and high-quality recreational quality. A " Wedding Under the Sacred Tree in Alishan " involves much more than nuptials. It can also be paired with a second part “Wedding Under the Starry Sky” activity. Visitors can enjoy Alishan's beautiful scenery, its forestry railway, sacred trees, traditional Tsou culture and diverse local industries. These weddings are now known around the world. Lovers can create unforgettable romantic memories when visiting Alishan for dates, wedding photos and honeymoons. The world’s tourists now travel to Alishan for its beauty and romance.

Solar Festival in Taiwan is a celebration at the time of the summer solstice. The activities center upon cooling off. It integrates special recreational events at various scenic spots and towns. The TEC Land Arts Festival combines the East Coast’s natural lifestyle with a dynamic artistic atmosphere. Artists and their teams create many interesting objects.

The Taiwan International Balloon Festival has become one of Taiwan’s most anticipated summer events. In 2018, the Travel Channel named it as one of the world's top-12 hot air balloon festivals.
